My Travel Bucket List- Ava Mazzarella

One of my favorite things about social media is the fact that I can live vicariously through other people. On Instagram, I follow a lot of travel influencers and journalists. Their content is filled with all of the beauties of the world and the cultures of different countries. They inspired me, and many others, to travel in my future. Here are some of the top places on my travel bucket list.

Greece is a very popular vacation spot today. Greece can be found in southeastern Europe and it's known for its ancient ruins, whitewashed villages, sunny beaches, tasty food and just its beauty. Its islands are little gems scattered throughout the Aegean and Ionian seas. Each one has their own form of beauty, history, and culture. From islands like Kefalonia and Corfu, located in the western Ionian islands, to islands like Mykonos, Santorini, Kos, and Rhodes in the Aegean sea, and many more. Not to mention the mainland, itself! Its capital, Athens, is a sight to see and its iconic ruins are breathtaking!

Paris, France is another super popular vacation spot. Paris is the capital of France in the heart of the country. This city is a hotspot for art, fashion, and culture, being one of the most beautiful and romantic cities on the globe. It's home to some of the world's most elite fashion designers, such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Yves Saint-Laurent, and L'Oréal. The city is also filled with historic landmarks and many tourist attractions. Not to mention, the food is completely unique and to die for!

Last, but not least, comes Italy, which is found in Southern Europe. Along with Greece, it's known as the birthplace of Western culture. Art and monuments can be found everywhere and each corner of this country has something unique to offer. It is known for its delicious food, its fashion industry, luxury sports cars, diverse cultures, its beautiful coast, and its lakes and mountain ranges, like the the Alps and Apennines. Its capital, Rome, holds many landmark arts and ancient ruins. Other cities include Florence, containing Renaissance art masterpiece paintings, Venice, the city of canals, and Milan, the fashion capital of Italy. 

I have many more places that I want to visit written on my travel bucket list, but these were some of the top bullets. Traveling and seeing all of the beauties that the world has to offer is so important. It can really open your eyes to how wonderful life is.
