This year marks the end of President Donald Trump's term. That means that an election must occur to either re-elect Trump or to vote someone new into office. From the democratic party, the official running is Joe Biden and from the republican side, Donald Trump is the candidate. There have been debates between the 2 candidates, however, they did not go as well as expected. Even though the debates have not been great, voting is scheduled to take place on November 3, 2020. This marks the 59th presidential election.
